How We Deliver

At MyStudyMates, we want your books and learning materials to reach you safely and on time. We currently deliver across Lagos and select locations across Nigeria. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.


Delivery Areas & Timeframes

Lagos (Within Lagos State)

  • Mainland & Island — 1 to 2 business days
  • Outskirts & Satellite Towns (e.g., Ikorodu, Badagry, Epe) — 2 to 3 business days

Other States in Nigeria

  • Major Cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, etc.) — 3 to 5 business days
  • Other Locations — 5 to 7 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. For bulk orders of 5 or more items, please contact us directly for a delivery quote.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number or courier update via:

  • Email — to the address used at checkout
  • WhatsApp — if you provided a phone number

If you have not received a dispatch notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@mystudymates.com or +234 816 068 7767.


Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, our courier will contact you to arrange a redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.
  • MyStudyMates is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your items arrive damaged or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund where applicable.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@mystudymates.com. We can only update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, we are unable to redirect it.
