Placing an Order
Ordering from MyStudyMates is simple:
- Browse our products at mystudymates.com/shop
- Select the book(s) you’d like and click Add to Cart
- Proceed to Checkout and fill in your delivery details
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successful

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer — details provided at checkout
- Debit/Credit Card — Visa and Mastercard accepted
- Online Payment via our secure payment gateway
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers. If your payment fails or is declined, please try again or contact your bank. You can also reach us directly to arrange an alternative payment method.
Delivery & Shipping
We currently deliver across Lagos and major cities in Nigeria.

- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of confirmed payment.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout so our courier can reach you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp with tracking information where available. If you have not received an update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was incomplete
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at info@mystudymates.com with your order number and a photo of the item
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund
Please note:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return
- We are unable to accept returns for items that have been written in, torn, or damaged after delivery
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed
