What age groups are your books suitable for? Our books are designed for children aged 3 to 12 years. Each product page indicates the recommended age range so you can choose the right book for your child.
Are your books available in physical or digital format? Currently our books are available as physical copies only. We deliver directly to your door across Lagos and other states in Nigeria.
How do I place an order? Simply browse our shop, click on the product you want, select “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your delivery address and choose a payment method to complete your order.
Can I order more than one copy of a book? Yes, you can adjust the quantity on the product page or in your cart before checking out.
Do you offer bulk or school orders? Yes! If you are a school, library, or organisation looking to order multiple copies, please contact us directly at info@mystudymates.com and we will provide a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank transfer and card payments. All card payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Do you deliver outside Lagos? Yes, we deliver to other states across Nigeria. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.

- Other states: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high demand.
How much does delivery cost? Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. You will see the exact delivery cost before you confirm your order.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation message with tracking details where available. You can also contact us directly for an update on your order status.
What if I am not home when delivery arrives? Our courier will attempt to reach you by phone. Please ensure the contact number you provide at checkout is active and reachable. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will arrange a re-delivery.

What is your return policy? If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mystudymates.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I return a book I simply changed my mind about? Because our books are physical educational materials, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure which book is right for your child, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How long do refunds take? Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
